We had purchased a fantastic vacant block, and wanted a
builder who would help us create our dream home but also to
realise the full potential of the land. We had no
architectural knowledge, but the staff at Peter Bell Homes
understood what we wanted for our home, and were able to
adapt this to suit the land.
During the construction process they were always helpful and
available, and whenever we needed other services such as
painting, they always knew someone equally capable and
proficient we could turn to.

Peter Bell designed and built our house in Chapel Hill
The initial interpretation of our
requirements was thorough. The quotation was comprehensive
and clearly specified.
The design process was detailed
and attentive – in particular spacing and locating of our
existing furniture, and the niches and alcoves for our
pictures and pottery. The building phase was efficiently
managed and well communicated , with minimal disruption to
the site and neighbours.The detailing and finishes are
excellent. The hand-over was on time , and in budget.
We now have a great family home ,
and would go back to Peter Bell if we ever wanted to build
again.
